Internal-facing summary for support, QA, and demo conversations until a production policy destination is wired in.

Current MVP privacy summary

Lawnnova stores account details, lawn profile inputs, recommendations, reminders, products, and treatment history through the configured authentication and persistence layers.

AI and image-derived outputs remain advisory and must be confirmed by the user before they become active profile data. The internal admin area should be treated as a support surface, not a public legal destination.

For the internal AI Chatbot Demo, Lawnnova currently sends a limited lawn context to OpenAI with each message: Australian state, lawn size, grass type, soil type, sun exposure, and irrigation type. The demo does not send the user's name, street address, suburb/city, email address, or phone number as part of that lawn context.

If the limited lawn context is not enough to answer a question safely, the chatbot should ask the user for additional lawn-related details instead of inferring private personal information.

This page is placeholder content for internal use only. A final legal policy page or hosted document still needs to be connected for production release.
